Picture framing
Whether a photograph, print, water colour or oil painting, the type of mount and frame which will show your picture to the best advantage is a matter of concern to us. Since, however, the choices are often governed by individual taste we invite you to visit the framing workshop which is entered from within the Nevill Gallery.

Through a careful selection of frame and mount, and the traditional method of construction, we aim to enhance the natural beauty of your picture whether it is a photograph, print, watercolour or oil, and to conserve it for many years to come.


Colour
The use of mouldings can be enhanced with vibrant stains. Decorative paints can be applied to the mounts. Both these processes can highlight the colours in the picture. This can be particularly interesting with prints and watercolours.

Remember... Once framed your picture will have everlasting life.
